Trial payment and duration
The proposed ₱2,000 payment covers initial configuration and a one-month hosted trial based on agreed standard functions. Exact start and end dates should be written in the customer agreement.
Continuation
If the customer continues, the initial ₱2,000 is credited toward the ₱5,000 total one-time software price and the remaining payment is ₱3,000.
Expiration
If the customer does not continue, hosted trial access may be deactivated after the trial period. Data export, deletion, retention, and reactivation arrangements should be stated in writing.
