Suitable for customers who do not have their own server. The application is hosted on infrastructure managed by Alzivid and accessed through a supported browser.

Customer-Owned Local Server or NAS

Suitable for customers with compatible server, NAS, or local infrastructure. Installation follows a technical assessment and separate quotation.

Network, hardware, operating system, backup, and security are assessed
Remote or on-site services may be quoted separately
Hardware compatibility must be confirmed
Maintenance and backup responsibilities must be documented
