Information collected
The current local website does not send form entries to a server. The contact form prepares an email in the visitor's email application. A production version should identify what enquiry, account, transaction, technical, and diagnostic information is collected.
Purpose and handling
Information should be used only for legitimate enquiry response, quotation, contracted service delivery, support, security, and legal obligations. Retention, access controls, processors, and deletion procedures must be defined before production.
